JOB DESCRIPTION

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for  an RN-House Supervisor. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
 
Location: Aberdeen, WA, 98520
 
Assignment Start Date: 11/11/2024
 
13 weeks | Days | 12-hour shift | 36 hours/week guaranteed 
 The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.  
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION 
 
Experience: 
 
 
Must have a minimum of 4 years of recent clinical experience
 
1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred.  
 
 
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:    
 
 
Must have a current WA license or a multi-state license with the following verifications. 1) approved 6-hour suicide training. 2) Verification of demographics from Nursys.  
 
Must have BLS/BCLS and ACLS.
 
 
EMR System: Meditech Knowledge/experience preferred
 
Shift:  0645-1915. 36 hours a week with  the ability to pick up extra shifts. RTO must be pre-approved  and added to the end of the contract along with full availability  for scheduling.
 
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
 
 
The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment preferred  
 
Must be able to maintain appropriate and efficient staffing levels in the clinical departments;
 
must have intervention skills in dealing with staff, patients, family, or medical staff.  
 
Must work well with others.
