JOB DESCRIPTION

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency, has an opening for an RN-  Home Health. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
 
Location: Newport, VT, 05855
 
Assignment Start Date: 11/4/2024
 
13 weeks |   Days| 8-hour shift | 40 hours per week with 32 hours guaranteed
 The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.  
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION  
 
Experience:  
 
 
Must have Oasis, Home Health, and Hospice experience
 
Must have experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits.
 
Must be able to manage and adjust to changes to schedule.
 
 
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
 
 
Current VT State license RN License is required
 
Current BLS/BCLS is required
 
 
EMR System: HealthWyse (Careficient)  experience preferred
 
Shift: M-F 8 am-5 pm with some weekend coverage. Some calls may be scheduled, but only on an emergency basis.
