Job Summary
 We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our ICU unit. The ideal candidate will provide excellent nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work in high-pressure situations, and a focus on patient education and support.
 
Duties
 
 
Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill patients in the ICU.
 
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
 
Administer medications, perform interventions, and manage complications as necessary.
 
Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment plans, and care processes.
 
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Meditech.
 
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
 
Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
 
 
Experience
 
 
Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
 
 
Requirements
 
 
Active OH State RN license.
 
ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
