Dress Code:  Hospital-issued scrubs.  Closed toe shoes. No perfume, fragrances  or cologne.  No facial piercings (ears OK)

Requirement description : 
2 years CURRENT hospital experience - REQUIRED  
OR circulate experience with ortho (including total hip, total knee), general surgery, gyn, podiatry, urology, ENT, ENDO - Required - PLEASE UPLOAD DETAILED SKILLS CHECKLIST!  
Arterial line, Central Line, IV start skills - Required
Vent & BiPAP experience - Required
Current PALS Certification - Required
BSN - Preferred
Previous travel experience - Preferred

License (NH license (or compact), - Facility will not pend license )

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : 
PALS (AHA)
ACLS
BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : 
New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact MUST be in-hand at upload
Weekend Requirements : Every 3rd weekend on call 
On Call Requirements : 2-3 Nights on call during weekdays starting at 3.30p and every third weekend on call
