**PROJECT DETAILS**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Manage a wide range of telecommunications services within all offices, agencies, and institutions in the County.
- Implement a voice and data system, including installation and maintenance of associated voice and data circuits, devices, and supplemental equipment.
- Coordinate the implementation of new hardware and software that maintain the County's voice and data systems.
- Plan and devise the telecommunication installation and internal phone wiring of County departmental moves and changes of services.
- Serve as a liaison to outside vendors, including ordering and coordinating the installation of all telecommunication services.
- Answer questions related to telecommunications system design, installation, and equipment and address non-standard issues.
- Work with County departments to monitor, maintain, and upgrade telecommunications facilities and equipment.

**REQUIRED DEGREE**

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree
