JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist 
 
Location: Orange, CT 
 
Duration: 3 months + Contract
 
Rate: $40 Hourly
 
Shift timings -  9-5, Mon- Fri
 
Fully Onsite role
 
  
 
Position Summary:
 The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be instrumental in building a strong workforce that adds to the company's bottom line.
 This proactive individual will have a keen eye for talent and a steadfast commitment to excellence in the recruitment process.
 The primary responsibility will be to use various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we'd like to meet you.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of the position requirements, ensuring that the recruitment process attracts the most qualified and suitable candidates.
 
  
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
 3-4 yrs of experience in talent acquisition/ sourcing
 

 Qualifications:
 - Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or similar role.
 - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
 - A solid understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
 - Strong decision-making skills
