**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Develop computer software programs needed to keep computer mainframe hardware and attached peripheral devices functioning at maximum efficiency.
- Answer questions related to software and address non-standard issues.
- Provide guidance on coordination and installation of new computer mainframe software and its integration into the present computer environment.
- Respond to escalated questions or concerns regarding upgrading current software products within new hardware installations.
- Work with various technical and non-technical customers and stakeholders to develop and program efficient software to meet organizational goal and objectives.
