**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Under general supervision of management of the Bureau of Technology responsible for management, maintenance, and upgrade of all user systems including OS; virus scanning; patches/updates; asset tracking; imaging; software packaging; reporting; licensing; and system life cycle.

Maintains an inventory of all systems, software, licensing, deployments, and ownership.

Builds system images compatible with disparate hardware vendors.

Tests application compatibility against existing hardware and software/OS.

Assists with leading and facilitating groups across all levels of the organization to deliver valued outcomes to drive business decisions.

Performs other related assignments and duties as directed.

**REQUIRED DEGREE**
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate’s Degree
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S)

**REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
