**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Develop, optimize, maintain, and preserve the electronic data residing in the Bureau/Department databases.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the case management system and provide technology support to facilitate effective communications between Bureaus/Departments.
- Optimize and manage office technology processes and train office staff in technology processes.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with the goals of the Bureau/Department, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Consult other staff and leadership for more complex issues and challenges.

**REQUIRED DEGREE**

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Software Engineering, or a directly related field
