**PROJECT DETAILS**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Responsible for advanced troubleshooting of technology and office equipment, repair work, equipment deployment, application support, and staff training.
- Receive and track internal Bureau/Department requests for software updates or technology troubleshooting and provide recommendations for solution.
- Assist with leading and facilitating structure across all levels of the organization to deliver valued outcomes to drive business decisions.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and constraints.
- Oversee and manage Bureau/Department field systems staff. Ensure all system interfaces are operational for consistent reliable data transfer between multi-tiered platforms.
- Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programing, and documentation. Assume primary responsibility for multiple projects as directed.
