**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Provide day-to-day work direction and supervise to maintain steady workflow and productivity in data management.
- Act as the chief data officer.
- Develop methodologies to enable consistent application and utilization of data analytics and advance a culture of leveraging data to identify trends and support performance management.
- Oversee and serve as the process owner of the Department/Bureau's data and evaluation activities.
- Provide organizational governance and policy directives around data entry and data usage.
- Manage the efforts to ensure appropriate information is accessible for data-driven decision making and innovation.
- Partner across the County's leadership to optimize the use of data to set and drive the Department/Bureau's policies, practices, and procedures and to align with other key policy areas.

**REQUIRED DEGREE**

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a directly related field
