JOB DESCRIPTION

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)/Speech Therapist. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
 
Location: Lebanon, OR 97355
 
Assignment Start Date:  11/1/2024
 
13 weeks | Day | 8-hour shift | 40 hours guaranteed per week

The Rehabilitation teams treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence. The speech therapy teams at Samaritan evaluate and treat those experiencing difficulty with speech sounds, language, voice, swallowing, and cognition (memory, attention, and problem-solving). We provide care to adult and pediatric patients with a wide variety of diagnoses in both acute and outpatient settings. Therapists follow their patients from initial evaluation to discharge, enjoy collaboration with other healthcare team members, and therapist-driven treatment times.
 
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION  
 
Experience:  
 
 
A minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible Speech Therapist experience is preferred; 
 
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
 
 
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration: 
 
 
Current unencumbered Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license required.
 
Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association, or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CYF) required.
 
Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required.
 
 
Shift: Days (0800-1430) no weekends
