Job Title:  Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
 
Location:  Bloomfield, NM  87413
 
Pay rate:  $53/hourly
 
Duration:  13  Weeks
 
Guarantee Hours:  30
 
  
 
Days:  Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
 
  
 
"Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility."
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
 
 
Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
 
Develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapy services.
 
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques.
 
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and advocate for patients' needs.
 
Maintain accurate documentation and promote prevention and wellness.
 
 
Requirements:
 
 
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
 
State licensure and optional certification through ASHA.
 
Strong clinical and communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence.
 
Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.
