JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a qualified Special Programs Support Specialist – Imagery Analyst (IA) to support mission-critical geospatial intelligence operations in Springfield, VA. The selected candidate will provide IMINT/GEOINT analysis, with a focus on softcopy still imagery exploitation, analysis, and production in support of high-priority programs. The ideal candidate will possess an active TS//SCI clearance with a current, adjudicated CI polygraph and have formal training from a certified imagery schoolhouse. This role requires demonstrated experience with multimodal imagery and proficiency using ArcGIS or similar geospatial tools to support analytical production. Candidates should have a strong foundation in imagery analysis, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment. Experience with geodatabases, SOM tools, and advanced geospatial workflows is highly desirable. Required Skills: Active TS//SCI clearance Current, adjudicated CI polygraph (with ability to upgrade) Minimum of 3 years IMINT and/or GEOINT experience, or 1 year with a relevant degree At least 1 year of experience in softcopy still imagery exploitation, analysis, and production Completion of a certified imagery schoolhouse (military or equivalent) Functional experience with ArcGIS or similar geospatial tools Experience working with multimodal imagery Desired Skills: GPC certification Experience creating, updating, and maintaining geodatabases BA/BS in geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, or related field Experience with SOM tools Ability to start immediately
