 Job Summary 
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to handle diverse patient needs, and a commitment to patient education and support.
 Duties 
 
Monitor and assess the respiratory status of patients.
 
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
 
Administer respiratory therapies and medications as prescribed.
 
Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions, treatment options, and preventative care.
 
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using electronic health record systems.
 
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
 
Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
 
 Experience 
 
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting providing respiratory therapy.
 
Experience with ventilator management and critical care preferred.
 
 Requirements 
 
Active NH State RRT license.
 
BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
