JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: RNFA (CVOR)
 Location: Bakersfield, CA
 Pay Scale: $4342  - $4442/week
 Shift: Day
 
Responsibilities:
 
 
Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries in the operating room (CVOR).
 
Perform first-assist duties, including tissue manipulation, suturing, and hemostasis during procedures.
 
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow, sterile technique, and patient safety.
 
Assess and prepare patients pre- and post-operatively, ensuring optimal care throughout the surgical process.
 
Maintain accurate surgical records and assist with documentation.
 
Monitor patient vitals during surgery and communicate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals.
 
Stay updated on the latest cardiovascular and thoracic surgery techniques, technologies, and best practices.
 
 
Requirements:
 
 
Required: BLS, ACLS, RN license
 Minimum 2 years of experience
