 Key Responsibilities 
 
Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver appropriate interventions.
 
Patient and Family Education: Guide patients and their families through treatment plans, post-care instructions, and health management.
 
Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless patient experience.
 
Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise records in line with regulatory requirements.
 
Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement measures to elevate patient outcomes.
 
 Qualifications 
 
Active Pennsylvania RN license.
 
Minimum of 2  years of ICU, MedSurg, or Telemetry experience preferred.
 
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
