JOB DESCRIPTION
- Department: Nursing Service Pool
- Shift Timings: 18:00 - 06:30- 3 days 12 hour shift. Monday to Friday
- Per Week: 36 Hours
- Dept = Float Pool (ICU, CVU, Medical, Surgical, Psychiatric, IP Rehab) Nights- hrs =18:00 -06:30 Every 3rd weekend Holiday
- Rotation- Help cover call and or staffing, every third holiday BLS/ACLS
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Providing nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients with an assigned unit or clinic;
- Implementing medical care plans;
- Directing and supervising the patient care provided by nursing personnel assigned to the unit;
- Maintaining standard unit activities in the absence of the Head Nurse; and
- Performing other related duties as assigned/required.
