 General job duties. Types of procedures required. Assessments, documentation, completing of nursing tasks, med administration Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Epic EMR, Omnicell, Alaris IV pumps Required skills and minimum years of experience. Min 1 year recent MS experience. Experience with neuro patients preferred, but not required. Experience working in a large hospital, 200+ beds. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) ND or compact state RN license, BLS, NIHSS Shift or schedule requirements. Day/Night, 12 hrs, every other weekend and every other holiday Floating to over units/departments. Primary unit will be 6AB, but will be expected to float to any med/surg unit at any of the 3 Sanford Medical Centers in Fargo Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 32 bed unit Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 4-5:1 on day shift, 6:1 on night shift Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs 
 
 
Comments:12 hour shifts. Every other weekend and holiday. Can take 36 or 48 (OT after 48) hour guarantees. Cannot take any travelers living within a 60 mile radius of the facility. Local travel rate for those living 61 to 80 miles from the facility (client rate will be reduced by xx8.00 for those travelers).
