JOB DESCRIPTION

 
 
 General job duties. Types of procedures required. Assessments, documentation, completing of nursing tasks, med administration Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Epic EMR, Omnicell, Alaris IV pumps Required skills and minimum years of experience. Min 1 year recent MS experience. Experience with neuro patients preferred, but not required. Experience working in a large hospital, 200+ beds. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) ND or compact state RN license, BLS, NIHSS Shift or schedule requirements. Day/Night, 12 hrs, every other weekend and every other holiday Floating to over units/departments. Primary unit will be 6AB, but will be expected to float to any med/surg unit at any of the 3 Sanford Medical Centers in Fargo Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 32 bed unit Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 4-5:1 on day shift, 6:1 on night shift Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs 
 
 
Comments:Cannot start sooner than posted target start date. have current traveler in this post. 12 hour shifts. Every other weekend and holiday. Can take 36 or 48 (OT after 48) hour guarantees. Cannot take any travelers living within a 60 mile radius of the facility. Local travel rate for those living 61 to 80 miles from the facility (client rate will be reduced by xx8.00 for those travelers).
Position Requirements: Name of Position Requirements  Min 1 year recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting, 200+ beds   Active ND or Compact RN License (willing to get)   BLS - must be AHA   NIHSS   Willing to float to all units/locations in Fargo as needed per job request   Does your candidate require time off during assignment?
