Qualifications:
 
 
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
 
2+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related roles.
 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
 
Proficiency in risk assessment software and data analysis tools.
 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
 
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Management Professional, FRM) are a plus.
 
 
Compensation:
 
 
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
