Retail Sales Education Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Education Sales Specialist is responsible for the overall B&M sales growth and retail partners' brand training in the Dallas/Ft Worth, TX  Region. 2-3 desk work, which is included in the 24-30 hour work week​
Part-time role. 
Requirements:
Experience working as a Beauty Advisor with Beauty Retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Macys etc.
​Candidates should be willing to travel up to 50 miles one-way to visit stores (and have a car to do so). 
Nice to have skill - Experience in haircare​

Responsibilities:

• Reports to National Field Manager regarding strategies on sales growth per assigned region, in-store activations and activities, sales reports and sales growth for retail partners, strategies and plans for future B&M retail sales growth opportunities for the North Los Angeles/Los Angeles Region
• Responsible for in-store brand and product training, plans, and opportunities for B&M sales growth for retail partners
• Support elevated in-store events, retailer-led events, and branded promotions for retail partners 
• Responsible for weekly reports based on in-store events, brand reporting, and retailer weekly reports.
