Responsibilities:
 
     
  • Handle all aspects of renting apartments, including touring properties.
    •  
  • Oversee and maintain prospect traffic and rental data.
    •  
  • Be knowledgeable about our property offerings and those of competitors.
    •  
  • Explain rental agreements and uphold property rules and regulations.
    •  
  • Represent the Manager during their absence.
    •  
  • Collect rent and fees, aiming for minimal delinquency.
    •  
  • Pursue delinquencies through the Summary Eviction Process and designated collection agencies.
    •  
  • Direct on-site staff efforts to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
    •  
  • Maintain customer service standards and respond to residents' requests.
    •  
  • Conduct daily inspections of common areas.
    •  
  • Participate in training and meetings as required.
    •  
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
