 Desired qualities:
 
 
5+ years GM & BOH management experience in high-volume and bar (minimum $4+ million sales volume)
 
Must have full-service  experience, preferably with Indian cuisine or other ethnic cuisine
 
This is a young brand - need someone dynamic  with high energy
 
Some culinary experience - able to taste test food and ensure it meets high standards
 
Physically able and agile  
 
Personable and energetic  with a great personality
 
Enjoy being out meeting people, up-sell and promote  the catering side of the business as well as comfortable managing the BOH
 
Experience with following systems/procedures
