A growing real estate company in the Horsham area is looking for an experienced Sr. Real Estate Analyst to support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of real estate assets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment!About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Review standard real estate diligence items, including environmental, structural, title, and property-level documentationFacilitate the due diligence and closing process for acquisitions, dispositions, and financingsWork with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to integrate real estate assets seamlessly into an operating portfolioCollaborate with third-party vendors to obtain diligence documents and ensure organization for internal useFollow and maintain detailed closing checklist processesPartner closely with outside counsel on legal aspects of real estate transactionsResponsibilitiesMinimum of 3 years of relevant real estate experience (BA degree preferred)Real estate expertise is a strong plusExcellent technical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and oral)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive Salary: $70K-$100K, based on experience
