**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Provide guidance on the Quality Assurance (QA) efforts across stakeholder areas in developing test strategy.
Answer questions related to technical QA methodologies, standards, and procedures and address non-standard issues.
Draft standards, test, gather metrics, and ensure IT projects of various types and sizes are ready for implementation in a production environment.
Provide expertise to ensure technical projects and initiatives are delivered at the highest level of quality and consider QA aspects.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve current QA processes.
Train employees on the use of automated testing applications.
Apply continuous improvement methods to ensure quality assurance processes and tools can be easily evaluated and improved upon.
Ensure that applications are built with high quality standards that allow them to be maintained according to the established Service Level Agreements (SLA).

**REQUIRED DEGREE**
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S)

**REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**

Experience in information technology, QA testing, or a directly related field.
