Requirements
- Part-time in-person position (24 hours/week, Mon, Wed, Fri)
- Full-time hybrid position (40 hours/week, 3 days in-person, 2 days remote)

- Supervising mid-level practitioners (NPs and PAs)
- Preference for candidates with multiple licenses and DEA's (assistance provided for obtaining licenses and credentialing)
