Provider Enrolment Specialist - Onsite
Summary
MUST- Submit with proof of education; High School Diploma

1-3 years of Payer Enrollment experience Solid knowledge of PC applications to include WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS.
Coordinates credentialing applications for commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid. Under the direction of the Provider Enrollment Manager, the Provider Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist, this position is responsible for ensuring compliance with enrollment requirements and will serve as a liaison between administration and staff in understanding and applying credentialing requirements for direct enrollment. This includes but is not limited to obtaining and supplying credentialing enrollment applications, education, training, and certification information for submission. This position requires attention to detail.



Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills with demonstrated teamwork skills, vendor management skills.
3+ years experience required in a Medicare and Medicaid enrolment/re-enrolment and managed care credentialing and contracting processes for providers. 


Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Prepares and submits credentialing applications to commercial health plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. Following up with commercial and government payers via telephone, email, and on-line systems. Tracking application progress and informs appropriate personnel, interdepartmentally and intra-departmentally. Updates internal database for credentials and keeps the computer system current. Identify enrollment problems and relays information is a concise and polite manner to appropriate personnel. Work cooperatively with team Associates towards the completion of enrollment activities. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external customers in a patient and respectful manner.
