Compensation*: Competitive starting salary $70,200 - $87,000 commensurate with skills and experience, Full Pay Range: $70,200 – 103,800
Employment Classification: Exempt Full-Time

Our Location
Energy Trust provides for a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. This position will represent Energy Trust in public settings and potentially at community events. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. The Project Manager - Commercial would be expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum.
What We’re Looking For:
The Project Manager – Commercial is responsible for project managing the measure development process across the Commercial sector and providing project management support for Commercial Program Managers, with a focus on priority customers. This position will be part of a team of project managers delivering cross-cutting, cross-program support and project implementation.
This position will work closely with Program Managers to shepherd new and current measures through the development process; building and maintaining a measure development schedule and working closely with the Measure Development Manager, Program Management Contractors (PMCs), and Planning and Evaluation teams.
Additionally, this position will support Program Managers in projects related to serving priority customers, such as customers in geographically rural areas and those experiencing low and moderate income. As a member of a cross-cutting project management team, this position will play a crucial role in coordination between programs and in project communication.
This individual reports to the Program Manager – Multifamily, Commercial.
This position is expected to report to the Portland office quarterly at a minimum for all staff and other in-person meetings.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with Program Managers to manage the measure development process across the sector, communicating with Measure Development Manager and program management contractors.
- Oversee work of Program Management Contractors in support of program initiatives and approved projects, exercising delegated authority.
- Work with Program Managers and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a measure development process and schedule, keeping project management tracking tools up to date.
- Implement program initiatives related to priority customers, applying best practices for project management and quality assurance, ensuring efforts meet internal and external financial, audit, evaluation, and public communication requirements.
- Identify key deliverables and ensure projects and initiatives meet goals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of project information.
- Perform all functions of the job in a safe manner.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
- This position may direct the work of external and agency contractors.
- This position may direct the work of interns and/or temporary agency employees.
- This position will direct project work with cross-functional team members.
