Project Manager - (REMOTE but must be in FL)

Starting base salary: $100-140K  
 
  
 Responsibilities
     Bridge the gap between departments; ensure communication is thorough so projects stay on course
     Ensure projects progress as planned, complete on time, and finish according to quality standards
     Support Coordinator to resolve Sales Order Maintenance issues within outlined timeframes
     Communicate concerns with upper management that could potentially impact clients
     Ensure established margins are maintained and projects complete within budget  
     Work with project management team to develop and maintaining like processes
     Coordinate per team standards to establish accurate mobilization date(s)
     Process change orders so they can be paid in a timely manner
     Cultivate relationships and discern opportunity for new business
     Utilize established processes and organizational systems
     Provide forecasts for company resource planning
 
  
 
Requirements
     Strong people skills and leadership capabilities
     Proficient in reading architectural & shop drawings
     Manufacturing and/or wood-working experience required
     Previous woodwork industry project experience of $500K - 5m+!
     Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively
     Project Management Professional Certification and/or college degree preferred
     Familiarity with quality standards of production (AWI / QCP & LEED) are a BIG Plus!  
 
    Prior working experience on a Millwork Shop Floor and/or working knowledge of how to build
