**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Under the direction of the Director of Application Development & Management, consults with information technology staff and users in the design, development, implementation and support of varied and highly sophisticated computer software applications to enhance business operations.
- Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness of existing and proposed software systems as they pertain to specific problems and objectives.
- Trains and directs other staff, as required, in the utilization, development and management of computer systems and applications.

**REQUIRED DEGREE**

- Possession of a High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate. OR
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree.
