PRODUCTION TECH

1st shift: 6am-230pm  $18.50hour
 
  
 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
 
 
Assemble, test, and repair products according to work orders and procedures. 
 
Understand and work to hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and general engineering drawings and specifications.
 
Prepare proper documentation and certifications per company standards.
 
Present a positive image of company to customers, integrators, and vendors at all times.
 
Assemble and test rivet setters and complete riveting tools and systems.
 
Perform timely and effective preventive maintenance on production tools and equipment, as required.
 
Maintain safe, clean and organized work areas that are free from hazard.
 
Demonstrated ability to train others.
 
Cooperate with other areas of the organization.
 
 
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
 
 
Minimum one year of practical/relevant experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
 
Strong hands on mechanical/electrical/hydraulic experience.
 
Computer literacy and ability to read assembly drawings.
 
Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
 
Knowledge and consistent demonstration of, safe work practices at all times.
 
Adaptable and willing to learn and develop along with the company.
 
Able to operate effectively and with a high level of quality.
 
 
EDUCATION OR QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
High school diploma or equivalent.
 
 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (AS APPLICABLE):
 
 
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. (occassional)
