Product Brand Manager Arts Crafts

JOB DESCRIPTION

This hybrid position, based in Pennsylvania, requires in-office presence once per week. The Senior Product Manager will serve as the primary expert for the Art Market portfolio, driving product strategy and market growth while collaborating across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
 
Serve as an expert resource on the Art Market portfolio for our Gelpress sales force
 
Develop key marketing and educational materials to support product use and adoption
 
Investigate and leverage customer needs for product/program strategic growth
 
Drive market segmentation and targeting methods
 
Demonstrate financial acumen
 
Leadership & Collaboration
 
Coach team on market positioning and competitive analysis
 
Hold self and team accountable to deliver high-quality results
 
Act as a people champion within and across the organization
 
Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders: 
 
 
Brand and Marketing teams for product messaging
 
Supply Chain and Operations for global planning
 
Global Retail and eCommerce Sales teams
 
Quality and Customer Experience Teams
 
 
Requirements
 
Minimum 6 years of product management experience in the art goods industry
 
Strong global product and merchandising strategy experience
 
Excellent problem-solving skills and agility
 
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships
 
Track record of meeting business goals and objectives
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
Experience with premium omni-channel brands and consumer goods
