Precision Quality Inspector

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role performs in-process and final inspections on precision-machined parts to tight tolerances, interpret blueprints, and document nonconformances to ensure compliance with quality standards. This is a Direct Hire position with pay rate range of $25-$35/hr DOE. The hours are M-F 7AM-3:30PM.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections on precision-machined components to tolerances as tight as ±0.0002"
Interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and GD&T to verify dimensional accuracy
Use advanced measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure compliance
Identify and document nonconformances, initiate NCRs, and support root cause investigations
Partner with production and engineering teams to maintain high quality standards and continuous improvement
Support quality documentation and inspection records for customer and aerospace requirements
