Full-Time Physical Therapist – Empower Patients to Move with Confidence | Independence, MO

Join a practice where patient success comes first. This role offers the opportunity to deliver hands-on care, helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
 Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour
Job Responsibilities:
 
Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized therapy plans.
 
Utilize evidence-based techniques to restore movement and function.
 
Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
 
Keep accurate records and collaborate with healthcare teams.
 
Requirements
Qualifications:
 
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
 
Active Missouri PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
 
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
 
Familiarity with WebPT EMR is a plus.
