JOB DESCRIPTION

Full-time physical therapist job opening 
We are searching for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic staff. In this position, you will conduct thorough evaluations of individuals suffering from various musculoskeletal problems. You will use therapeutic exercises, manual treatment, and patient education to improve healing and prevent future injuries. Your role will be critical in ensuring that patients recover optimally. 
Salary: $90,000-$105,000 per year with full benefits
 
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities 
 
Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and mobility.
 
Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
 
Guiding patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.
 
Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
 
Performing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
 
Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
 
Works with the referring physician for individual needs
 
Requirements
 
 Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
 
Active FL state license as Physical Therapist.
 
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
 
Strong manual therapy skills and training.
 
Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
 
No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
