Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team. In this full-time role, you will deliver individualized rehabilitation services, helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
 
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluations of physical function, strength, and range of motion.
 
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and improve mobility.
 
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
 
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention strategies.
 
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
 
Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
 
Requirements
 
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
 
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
 
Proven experience in outpatient settings preferred.
 
Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation techniques.
 
Excellent communication, patient care, and organizational skills.
 
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
