Do you aspire to advance professionally as a proactive Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)? Join our PT-owned physical therapy practice and become a member of our vibrant team! You’ll collaborate with skilled physical therapists to create individualized treatment plans for our patients. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a cooperative and encouraging environment.
Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 a year with full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Patient Load: 1-2 patients an hour
Key Responsibilities:
 
Evaluate residents' physical abilities and create effective rehabilitation strategies.
 
Execute treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
 
Monitor progress and provide feedback to the supervising PT.
 
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
 
Provide education on home exercises and therapy techniques.
 
Requirements
Requirements:
 
AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
 
Valid PTA State license.
 
2 years of experience in orthopedic settings.
 
Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
 
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
