 Address: 1309 Kempsville Rd, Norfolk, VA 23502
 Contract: Permanent (FTE)  
 Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (35hrs/Week; 3*12 hour Nightshift with every other weekend rotation)
 Salary: $38/hr - $40/hr
 
  
 
101 bed LTAC, catering primarily to vent & trach patients, plus 25 bed pediatric unit. 
 
Lake Taylor also has a 188 bed SNF unit
