As we expand our services to include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), we’re looking for a personable, reliable individual to join our team as a Patient Relations Specialist & TMS Support. What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a warm, consistent point of contact for TMS patients, guiding them through their treatment experience with empathy and understanding.
  • Build trust with patients by providing a welcoming, supportive, and informed experience at every interaction.
  • Reach out to current and past patients for feedback and reviews, helping to enhance our practice’s reputation.
  • Work closely with our team to implement patient engagement and marketing strategies.
  • Receive on-the-job training in TMS support, with a focus on creating a comfortable, patient-centered environment.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A “people person” who is warm, patient, and comfortable building positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and compassionate approach to patient outreach.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to follow through independently on tasks.
  • No prior TMS experience required—training and certification provided.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or higher

Benefits

Hours and Pay:

  • Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
  • Pay: $12/hour starting with room to grow
