JOB DESCRIPTION

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for  an Outpatient Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
 
Location: Lebanon, OR, 97355
 
Assignment Start Date: 10/30/2024
 
26 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours per week guaranteed

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
 
The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, we offer a variety of outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.
 
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION 
 
Experience:
 
 
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
 
Must have at least 1 year of Rehabilitation therapy experience
 
 
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration: 
 
 
A current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required upon submission.
 
Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS/BCLS is required.
 
 
EMR System: EPIC experience desired
 
Shift: Days, no weekends
