Workdays /hours: Monday thru Friday 10:30am to 7:00 pm.
Pay rate XX18 .45 shift differential
45% markup

Temperature controlled warehouse. Refrigerated environment. Ambient environment.
Must be able to operate a high reach forklift and a standup forklift

Job Description

Performs physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods, and rejects unsatisfactory items. Responsible for cycle counting activities. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Must have forklift certification. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks, and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines. Oversees domestic and non-domestic receiving and shipping responsibilities. Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves complex issues associated with material/warehouse operations.

Performs administrative and physical tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, staging and supplying materials (raw, work-in-process and finished goods), parts and supplies, to operators, workstations and distribution center.
May prepare goods for shipment to the distribution center.
Complete all necessary SAP Training to obtain the necessary profiles.
May be responsible for ordering required materials from outside vendors and offload all deliveries from outside vendors and do goods receipts for the deliveries.
Physically locate the materials in the warehouse and then perform transactions in SAP to locate them in the system.
Do bin to bin transfers for all moves from the warehouse to the PSA s.
Hand load carts/racks equipment and deliver to production areas.
Run Material Staging in SAP
Evaluate all production schedules and determine materials needed from outside vendors.
Maintain required levels of materials in the various PSA s.
Is knowledgeable of receiving and/or distribution functions, familiar with computer warehousing system and may be required to use UPS systems.
May be responsible for conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventories.
Uses independent judgment in troubleshooting and problem solving under little/no supervision.
Provides support to lead and/or supervisor when necessary.
May provide training support for on-boarding and/or new procedures.
May provide support on special projects.
Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Must follow all BD housekeeping policies and procedures.
Must follow all BD safety policies and procedures.
Must be able to work overtime as required to meet BD business requirements.
Perform other duties as required.
