The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs at our growing plumbing company. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the plumbing field, as well as management experience.  ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliabilityManage the daily functions of the businessPrepare annual performance review and reevaluate processesEnsure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followedManage budget to align with goals of businessQualifications4+ years of experience in the plumbing fieldProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong ability to multitaskComfort working with multiple groups within businessExperience with drain cleanings, hydro-jetting, and propress equipment.
