JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking an accomplished operations executive for a leadership role in their Louisville, KY facility. This pivotal position will oversee daily operations, foster team development, and drive the strategic goals of the organization, ensuring excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
 
Inspire and lead a high-performing operations team, promoting accountability and results
 
Establish and maintain strong client partnerships to uphold service excellence
 
Direct all operational processes, ensuring efficiency across all functions
 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
 
Formulate and implement business strategies for improved performance
 
Develop and lead growth initiatives tailored to specific business segments
 
Requirements
 
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
 
Proven track record with at least five years in technical, maintenance, and leadership roles
 
In-depth knowledge of production equipment, maintenance protocols, and safety standards
 
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively
 
Exceptional analytical and time management skills in fast-paced environments
 
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with all stakeholders
 
Benefits
 
Competitive base salary range: $150,000 - $180,000
 
Performance-based annual bonus: $30,000 - $50,000
