Position:  Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)  / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Med Surg

Duration: 13 weeks
 
Location: Lawton, OK, 73505
 
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights, 12
 
Shift Notes: 7:00P - 7:00A (12 Hour Nights)
 
Weekend Requirements: As needed
 
On-Call Requirements: No Call

Traveler Policy: na
 
** No OT/Holiday Rates **
 
** Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on  Tuesdays.  Nursing Travelers start orientation on  Thursdays**
 
Develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans, and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 
 
At least 1 year of experience -  Required
 
Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment  
 
Recent traveler experience -  highly preferred  
 
Can obtain NIH after offer
