JOB DESCRIPTION

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for a full-time OB (Labor & Delivery) Nurse Manager position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
 
Location: Zanesville, OH 43701
 
Start Date: 10/30/2024
 
Shift: Days, FullTime
 
Salary: $81,000.00  to  $107,000.00
 
Benefits: Relocation assistance is negotiable. The manager is eligible for an annual at-risk bonus payout of up to 12% of the base annual salary (dependent on Genesis Balanced Scorecard performance).
 
  
 
The L&D Operational Nurse Manager  oversees an  Obstetrics-LDR Model with 10 Labor Beds, 3 Antepartum/Triage private rooms, and a  Mother/Baby Model with 19 Beds.  Additional services include  the Maternal Family Education Program with Lactation Support, Bereavement, and Childbirth Education.
 
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION  
 
Experience: 
 
 
Must have at least 5 years of RN experience
 
Previous experience in Labor and delivery is required
 
 
Education: BSN required
 
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration: 
 
 
Valid and current RN licensure in the State of OH
 
BLS/BCLS
 
 
EMR System: EPIC EMR (Stork) is strongly preferred
