JOB DESCRIPTION

A renowned medical organization is looking to immediately hire  a Full-time board-certified, highly skilled, and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant, who has at least 3 years of experience in Adult and Geriatrics with an NJ  state license, to work in Paterson and Clifton, NJ. The organization offers $150K per year, plus hefty employment packages including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision, and malpractice insurance.
 
Responsibilities:
 
 
Assessing patients' health, diagnosing conditions, and collaborating with physicians on treatment plans,
 
Managing chronic conditions, treating adult and geriatrics primary care and chronic diseases such as cardiac and diabetes
 
Conducting health screenings, administering immunizations, and performing routine physical exams,
 
Documenting patient information accurately and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare team members, and
 
 
Qualifications:
 
 
Board-certified NP or PA,
 
Active NJ  state license,
 
No malpractice history
 
3 years of experience,
 
Excellent communication skills,
 
Effective time management skills, and
 
High organizational skills.
 
 
Schedule
 
 
40 hours a week: Monday to Friday, No weekend, and
 
1-2 days a week to cover nursing home patients is optional.
