Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)  / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8
 
Shift Notes: Days; Monday-Friday 40hr gt Monday-Thursday at one Center, Friday at another

On-Call Requirements: None

Traveler Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 75-mile radius restriction)
 
  
 Submission Requirements 
 
4+ years LPN experience in Clinic Setting in family practice
 
2+ years of OB/GYN experience  
 
Previous travel experience - Preferred
 
Traveler must have their vehicle for this assignment
