JOB DESCRIPTION

 
 
 General job duties. Types of procedures required. Perform routine MRI procedures. We do all general MRI. MSK, neuro, spine and body. No prostate imaging. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EPIC, Sectra PACS, 3 T Siemens Skyra, 1.5 GE Artist, vrad Required skills and minimum years of experience. Minimum 3 years of MRI experience, self sufficient tech. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. Registered MRI Tech     ARRT (MRI). BLS     must be AHA. NDMRT. Shift or schedule requirements. 12 hour shifts. Staff from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:00 am to 7:30 pm Saturdays. Call based on time of request. Floating to over units/departments. No Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 130 bed hospital. 2 MRI scanners Dress Code: Gray Scrubs Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Scan about 40 patients a day with running both magnets into the evening. 
 
 
Comments:3 - 12 hour shifts; Thursday 9:30 am to 10:00 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. No call or Holidays.
