Job Description:
 As an M&A Consultant at Augmentjobs, you will play a vital role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth financial analysis, evaluating business risks, leading due diligence processes, and negotiating deal terms. You will work closely with senior leadership and clients to provide insights, ensuring successful transaction execution. You will also assist in identifying potential acquisition targets or buyers, structuring deals, and coordinating with legal and financial professionals to close transactions effectively.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for potential transactions
 
 
 
Advise clients on M&A strategies, deal structures, and financing options
 
 
 
Lead due diligence efforts, ensuring compliance and risk assessment
 
 
 
Negotiate transaction terms and support deal closure
 
 
 
Coordinate with external advisors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders
 
 
 
Provide post-transaction integration support
 
 
 
Education Requirements:
 
 
 
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
 
 
 
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
 
 
 
Experience Requirements:
 
 
 
5 - 8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields
 
 
 
Proven track record in managing M&A transactions, including financial analysis and due diligence
 
 
 
Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques
 
 
 
Experience in client advisory and deal negotiation
